I’m a trauma and relationship therapist who helps individuals and couples heal from painful experiences and create more secure, connected relationships. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the understanding that healing happens not just through insight, but through the nervous system. I integrate various modalities such as EMDR, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support lasting change.
