Hi, I’m Pam. I understand how daunting and challenging it can be to find the right therapist. I am here to help you work through various life stressors and daily challenges that get in the way of your ideal self and best life. As a therapist, I strive to help clients through life’s challenges in a safe, genuine, and nonjudgmental environment. I support and respect all gender identities and expressions, cultures, religious and spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientations.
I am passionate about helping adults, couples, and teens work through current challenges that impact daily functioning. Some of my experience includes working with mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, relationship issues, social struggles, and life transitions.
My goal when working with you is to provide a safe space to process emotions, learn skills, and build confidence in all areas of your life. I believe that your thoughts and feelings will directly impact your behaviors and daily functioning, and at times may require guidance in ways to cope with and reduce the distress and challenges.
