Hi, I’m Pam! I’m sure you’ve been holding it together, and it’s exhausting. You’re used to being the one others rely on, yet underneath you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and patterns of overfunctioning that impact daily life, relationships, and your sense of self. You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own - therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and feel more like yourself again.
My space feels supportive, genuine, and nonjudgmental, where all identities, backgrounds, and experiences are respected.
I use a blend of approaches to help you process past experiences, understand patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical tools for change. Our work also focuses on helping your nervous system feel more regulated so you feel less overwhelmed and more grounded, clear, and in control in your day-to-day life.
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and intentional. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while creating space to process, build insight, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect.
