I'm here to work with anyone who feels like a misfit and outcast in this community. Especially LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent (ADHD and ASD) folk. Also all sexual, relationship, and gender orientations and all body types. I see you! I welcome you! You are accepted as you are! Feeling different can often lead to trauma, and trauma can lead to feeling misunderstood and hopelessness. I'm here for it all. I'm here to help you heal and thrive in this wonderful, crazy world. I also work with couples navigating mixed-faith marriages, non-monogamy, intimacy, and communication barriers.
You can expect from me a warm and compassionate approach where I provide an evidence-based process with empirically supported interventions like EMDR to assist our work together. Areas I focus on are persistent depression, anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, faith challenges, LGBTQ+, ADHD, ASD, open relationships, and relationship/marital problems.
