About
Brene' Brown once wrote "The magic is in the mess". Owning your story is one of the most challenging, yet courageous adventures that we live. You don't have to do it alone. My goals as a coach are centered around helping you improve your resiliency, acceptance/contentment with life, reconcile loss/grief, and improve the overall balance of mind/body/spirit needed to enjoy life. Utilizing mindfulness and other techniques, we'll explore ways to improve the way you respond to life's challenges. My approach is holistic and person-centered while providing you the support needed to grow.
My specialties are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, CPTSD, emotional abuse, highly sensitive personalities, religious abuse, and spirituality. As a former athlete and coach, I have worked with performance struggles, burnout, and loss of love for a sport/passion/career. We'll work together to create vision for change for you.
I applaud you for taking the first courageous step. Change can be daunting when facing it alone. Together we'll strategize, and form a plan for you. It's all about you, and what you would like to change and experience. You have the power to create a new ending to your story. :) Call or email me today!
