I help adults move out of being stuck in painful past situations, develop effective coping skills and gain an authentic sense of self. Working with couples using the Gottman method we will reestablish trust, develop effective communication and real connection. I'm also an EMDR trauma certified therapist.

Grief Support for Adults
Receive support as you navigate through your grief journey. This is an in-person group led by licensed therapist Cathy D'Urso, LPC with Wellness Solutions Counseling Services in Ramsey.
