In my couples work, I'm trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and help partners break out of painful cycles, communicate more effectively, and rebuild emotional and physical intimacy. I support couples in creating relationships that feel secure, resilient, and fulfilling. Additionally, I'm EMDR certified and also an addictions specialist (LCADC).

Grief Support for Adults
Receive support as you navigate through your grief journey. This is an in-person group led by licensed therapist Cathy D'Urso, LPC with Wellness Solutions Counseling Services in Ramsey.
