Tired Teachers Process & Support Group

Tired Teachers Group is a confidential place for middle school teachers to discuss their unique issues with an emphasis on preventing burnout. Participants are from schools all over Texas. Teachers from the same school are encouraged to join separate groups to preserve confidentiality. Each group is limited to 7 participants. Choose from Wednesday or Sunday evening sessions. Cost for the Tired Teachers group is discounted to $50 per month to make therapeutic support affordable. The expectations & workload teachers face, combined with few resources and little support, are a recipe for chronic stress that spills over into all areas of life.
