I also have experience helping couples with premarital counseling and restoring intimacy in marriage through improved communication and connection.

Among the evidence-based approaches I use are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I am also certified in SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts).
