In life you can feel like everyone is doing better than you are. You may be looking around, comparing yourself to others and wonder, “Why am I not as happy as everyone else? What am I doing wrong? Am I to blame? Am I not good enough? Is my body broken, my mind, or my heart?” I specialize in working with people who often find that no matter how hard they try, they feel like they are never good enough. This may be during a break up, job transition, infertility, during the changes of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, or even during traumatic grief and loss. Starting therapy can be one of the bravest things you can do.
When it comes to your life and your experiences, you are the expert. There is no way I could know more about you. My diverse training and experience allow me to provide services rooted in research, but tailored specifically to who you are as a person. I have advanced training in working with trauma, reproductive mental health and traumatic grief and loss.
