I'm accepting new in-person clients at Mindful Therapy Group's Fremont location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Wednesdays and Fridays, I will be at the Mindful Therapy Group Northgate Location. My main clinical focus is working with adolescents and adults. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your story and how you came to be the way you are today. So, are you a creative person who feels stuck with the rigid expectations of school or work stressors? Together, we can identify your internal strengths and what motivates you to form a path to healing and anxiety relief.
I take a non-pathologizing approach to mental health care. I'm compassionate, warm, direct, and person-centered with a sense of humor as well! I use a multimodal approach while incorporating tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Theory, Family Systems Theory, and Expressive Arts, to meet your individual goals for therapy.
