I specialize in treating anxiety. Side effects include depression, insomnia, fears, worries, relationship problems and more. We work to relieve these issues through EMDR, EFT, and couples therapy, as well as teaching you skills to improve your self talk to eliminate triggers you can control. My training in Psychology and the teachings of of Buddhism, Hinduism and A Course in Miracles, gives me an east-west vantage point to meet you wherever you are. I have over 30 years of meditation and mindfulness practice and over 20 years working in mental health which translates to proven and effective benefits and powerful change in you.
Anxiety intersects w/relationships. And naturally if your partner doesn't understand your moods due to your stress from anxiety, and corresponding reduced interest, you may be misinterpreted as no longer in love, or interested in them. This can lead to a devastating turn of events.
Together we will maximize your strengths, problem solve outside the box and launch you to greater heights of success. We may need to work towards eliminating symptoms of other suffering so you may become your greatest YOU through healing lingering effects of trauma and emotional wounds!
