I have been working as a therapist since 2006 and have extensive knowledge and experience working with individuals dealing with stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, death, divorce, loss of a loved one to suicide, women's issues, relationships (couples and families), life transitions, and domestic violence, among other issues. I have a client-centered approach and focus on the individual needs and concerns of each of my clients. I use evidence-based interventions to help my clients reduce their symptoms, promote recovery and develop optimal health and well-being
