I work with people of all ages—child, adolescent, and adult. I have strengths in working with children, with people experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma reactions, and with people who have been abused in the past. My goals are to help you make the changes you are ready to make, and to help relieve the struggles you are having.
I am a licensed psychologist. I use strategies supported by evidence, such as focused listening, cognitive-behaviorism, mindfulness, and stress-reduction strategies. I’ve worked in outpatient, residential treatment, and university counseling settings. I have extensive experience training counselors and psychologists.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental relationship. I will listen fully to you, while staying centered in myself. I will start by gathering full information about your stresses and circumstances. I will then collaborate with you to take constructive steps forward, using effective therapeutic strategies. I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
