I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience helping clients navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, personal growth, and aging. I take a collaborative and supportive approach, working closely with individuals to develop clear, personalized goals. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois. I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities and use a blended approach to meet clients where they are. My sessions focus on building trust, identifying root concerns, and guiding clients through healing and growth at a comfortable pace.
