I am a licensed profession counselor in the state of Virginia and can only see folks who are in VA. I had my children before going back to school-I earned a degree in Psychology from Randolph-Macon Woman's College, received my Master's from Lynchburg College and was licensed in 1995. I have 4 grown men and am a Grami to 6 wonderful grandchildren. I left the work force to care for my mother; I missed counseling and found that tele health is a nice option. I have had a rich and varied background in mental health over the past 30 years.

I was in private practice for a number of years, and was employed in emergency mental health for 17 years. I am experienced with: dysfunctional families, women in transition, grief, and anxiety. This would not be a good fit for folks who are in crisis.
