With 10 years of counseling experience and 20 years of prior business experience, I will work in a caring, direct and positive way. If desired, I also provide Christian counseling.
I often work with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, adult autism, bi-polar, special needs, chronic illness, diabeties, work challenges and relationships. Given my background and a broad range of experiences, I can also help in many other areas. We can tackle a particular problem or use a more holistic approach to your mental, physical or spiritual health.
I use many researched-based tools and techniques to find the best approach. I often integrate coaching and western with eastern philosophies such as mindfulness, tapping and yoga therapy into your care. I can also provide online counseling.
