You're taking the very first step already - locating someone to help you with your struggle. It can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and even scary trying to reach out for help, yet we all need help from time to time. It can be very healing to have someone to share our stories with and to sort through and help make sense of what can often feel like chaos. With healing comes growth and peace and a better, happier future. My practice offers a safe, nonjudgmental place to work on the issues that are interfering with your peace and balance in life.
My M.A. is in Counseling Psychology - Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individual clients, as well as couples, families, adolescents, and children. I have a lot of experience working with clients that are dealing with a trauma, relationship issues, victims of domestic violence, anxiety and depression.
