Struggling with sexual issues? Low desire, sexual performance issues or the trauma of infidelity? If you’re overwhelmed by feelings of stress, depression, and anxiety, I’m here to help you find a path toward empowerment, connection, and self-acceptance. Through mind-body approaches rooted in attachment theory, systems theory, and neurobiology, I provide tools and experiences to help you strengthen your sense of self and improve your relationships. I treat clients struggling with all kinds of sexual issues including: vaginismus, vulvadynia, erectile dysfunction, PE, sex/porn addictions and relationship recovery post infidelities.
My main method for couples and individuals is attachment-based, experiential, and/or client-centered. I have advanced trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Hakomi, Somatica, and the Comprehensive Resource Method (for treating trauma). I also have other trainings in trauma healing, sex therapy, mindfulness, and yoga.
