“You cannot pour from an empty cup.” You have to take care of yourself before you take care of the rest of your world, and I am here to help you do that. I am currently an EMDR trained therapist who has experience working with trauma as well as unresolved emotional experiences. I also use client-centered approaches, as well as cognitive approaches, to guide individuals to a better understanding of their own patterns of thinking. I have experience working with individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, life changes, and adolescents struggling with adjustment.

I believe that it is important to work on our minds as well as our bodies. I work on guiding individuals to learn how to manage their daily life struggles, depression, stress, anxiety, loss, and adjustment. I have had to do some self-exploration myself; I want to be able to share and use my experience to help others in the community as well.
