I have extensive training in trauma and EMDR that I apply in my practice with a culturally sensitive, antiracist, anti-oppressive structures and systems approach. As a 1.5 gen immigrant, I am passionate about helping BIPOC navigate their journey with warmth and compassion because we all deserve the opportunity to thrive and not just survive.
It's difficult to identify our strengths when faced with obstacles and sometimes we need someone to believe in us when we don't believe in ourselves. I firmly have faith in a person’s capacity to change and unlearn ingrained negative self-beliefs.
