Hello! I am Paladin "Pal" Wiley, a dedicated and compassionate provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience within the mental health field. I have experience working in various community-based capacities, foster care, crisis intervention, school based social work, and managed care organizations. My passion lies in helping teens, young adults, adults, and older adults navigate life's challenges and find resilience within. My clinical interests include but are not limited to men's issues, relationship issues, racial trauma, life transitions, finding purpose in life, anxiety, depression, grief and loss.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, person-centered, and focuses on the various environmental, social, and societal stressors that may influence thoughts and behaviors. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy to assist you along your journey.
