I work with individuals, youth, families, couples and professionals utilizing principles of somatic psychology. I have a Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, specializing in somatic psychology. I am certified in deep trauma work and relational somatic psychotherapy. I have helped countless clients process their trauma. I am committed in providing safe, caring and loving environment to my clients.
I have facilitated anger management classes for hundreds of clients and have helped clients process trauma that has often happened in early childhood or adolescent years.
Mindfulness and Holistic healing. When working with clients I take into consideration the entire person; mind, body and spirit. I utilize somatic techniques to help clients access the most vulnerable and hidden parts of themselves.

This group focuses on triggers in our every day life. Why do we get frustrated in certain situations or with certain people. The group focus is to help participants understand the core issues that cause individuals to get triggered.
