I work with individuals, youth, families, couples and professionals utilizing principles of somatic psychology. I have a PhD in Somatic psychology and a Masters degree in Adlerian psychology. I am certified in deep trauma work, EMDR and relational somatic psychotherapy. I have helped countless clients process their trauma utilizing various modalities. I am very familiar with addiction and how to heal from addiction by first healing trauma. I am committed in providing safe, caring and loving environment to my clients.
I understand interpersonal trauma and relational approaches, which covers all aspects of somatic understanding of the mind-body connection from underlying neurobiological research. I have facilitated anger management classes for hundreds of clients and have helped clients process trauma that has often happened in early childhood or adolescent years.
I have a strong interpersonal acumen and capacity to understand and apply relational somatic principles. I help clients by using mindfulness and holistic healing. When working with clients I take into consideration the entire person; mind, body and spirit. I utilize somatic techniques to help clients access the most vulnerable and hidden parts of themselves.
