Like an artist in front of a canvas, I believe when we are given the right tools & techniques, we have the opportunity to create something truly unique & wonderful from this colorful, messy life experience. We all deserve a space to feel safe & seen - to let our light shine brightly without fear of judgment; I strive to provide that space for my clients! I offer individual art therapy and counseling sessions to assist clients with treating a variety of symptoms and conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression/burnout, adjustment disorder/PTSD, and more.
One myth I like to bust about Art Therapy is that it "works best with kids and teens"; I believe Art Therapy is an age-appropriate & effective treatment in all of life's phases! If you enjoy expressing emotion through a creative outlet (or have a feeling that you might), please reach out. It would be an honor to walk beside you on your healing journey!
Beginning therapy is an act of bravery in itself - I try to make getting started as easy as possible. I offer free 15-minute consultations so that you can get a feel for my vibe, ask questions, and see if we think we'd be a good fit before scheduling a formal intake session.
