Accepting new clients August 2026. Partnering with you to address concerns that impact your happiness or level of comfort. An eclectic but person centered approach, I support all paths to wellness including child centered play therapy for ages 3+, support for children, adolescents, and adults. Creating a therapeutic alliance that is welcoming and trusting, I can provide support in the areas of mood disorders, trauma, children impacted by substance use, fostering healthy homes for family, addressing behavioral concerns, grief, interpersonal relationships, and women's wellness. I offer individual, group, and couples counseling.

Confident in a wide range of approaches to support your identified path to wellness. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize ACT, CBT, emotion focused therapy, and child centered play therapy.

I am comfortable working with a diverse population. The relationship between therapist and client is paramount to change for benefit from the therapeutic process.
