Using a collaborative, person-centered approach with CBT, Gestalt, play therapy, and family-focused support, Paige helps clients build self-awareness, coping skills, confidence, and emotional wellness at their own pace.

I help children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, life transitions, behavioral challenges, substance use recovery, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental disabilities. Using person-centered therapy, CBT, Gestalt, and play therapy, I provide a safe space for healing, growth, and building healthy coping skills.
