Sometimes the deepest healing begins with feeling truly seen. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is deeply intuitive and compassionate—rooted in nervous system awareness, emotional attunement, and a belief in each person’s innate capacity to heal. I integrate a number of research-based therapeutic models to support clients in moving toward greater health, connection, and wholeness. I’m an AASECT-certified sex therapist with advanced training in trauma treatment, and I hold a Doctorate in Medical Qigong, a form of Chinese energetic medicine.
