I have relocated my office to Freeburg, Illinois as of March 1. My hours are 10:45 AM to 6:15 PM Tuesday through Thursday and 10:30 AM to 3:45 PM on Fridays, but contact me anytime. I also offer virtual sessions on Tuesdays now. I know it can be overwhelming to pick the right person and make the first phone call or email, and I want to make it easy for you. I work primarily with teens and adults. I connect well with teenagers that may be hesitant to attend therapy. I also have a lot of success working with men and women dealing with relationship issues.
I work with couples to cope with repeat arguments, communication problems, trust issues, and affairs. I also work with adult individuals coping with relationship issues, as well as anxiety, depression, and life dissatisfaction. I work with teens struggling with parents, school, friends, anxiety, depression, and risky behaviors.
I know that intimate relationships can be very difficult. I know life can be overwhelming at times. I know it’s hard to struggle Or see someone you care about struggle. I also know that it can be difficult to reach out for help and find a therapist that is a good fit. I hope to be able to help!
