I support individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges (pregnancy and postpartum), eating disorders/disordered eating, body image, trauma, athletes, anxiety, depression, , a life transition or some overlap of these struggles. My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming and rooted in the principles of HAES/anti-diet culture.
