I provide EMDR therapy intensives for deeper trauma recovery work. I currently have no waitlist for intensives. These are tailored to work for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, or depression. If you want to feel better and meet with someone who can hold space and help, I have over a decade worth of experience working with women who are wanting to heal from past hurts and live with more confidence, clarity, and purpose.
I specialize in women’s issues, maternal mental health, pregnancy and postpartum wellness, healing birth trauma, as well as marriage or couples counseling.
