I work with individuals and couples who look like they are doing just fine while quietly carrying too much. I use evidence-based approaches to heal trauma, and strengthen relationships.
I also support clients who want to feel closer emotionally, physically, and relationally, drawing from my training in integrative sex therapy. Whether you are navigating mismatched desire, emotional distance, or intimacy that feels out of reach, we will approach it with nuance, humor, and zero shame, especially around neurodivergence or complex needs.
