I transitioned from the corporate world to direct client work, driven by a passion for deep, relational healing. I'm trained in and integrate the somatic-based approaches of Internal Family Systems and Hakomi to help clients reconnect with themselves in a more embodied way. I also incorporate mindfulness and breathwork to support nervous system regulation.

I will support you in identifying, allowing, and experiencing your emotions and the different parts of yourself.
