I strive for you to leave therapy grounded in your sense of self, and empowered to live authentically. I especially enjoy clinical work around boundaries, attachment, navigating life transitions, and curating meaningful relationships. I offer virtual sessions, which allows therapy to fit seamlessly into your schedule.
I received my bachelors degree in Psychology from Concordia College-Moorhead and went on to receive my masters degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2013. In my free time I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, food and wine, sports, and spending time with my golden retriever-Parker.
