About
I like to take an integrative approach. I utilize CBT components and incorporate other evidence based modalities. My clients tend to appreciate my use of humor and direct communication in our sessions. Our work together will be collaborative and goal-oriented. Through our work, you will see how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are related to each other, and how you can utilize mindfulness to improve your daily life.
I specialize in working with children, however I also work across the lifespan, and with couples. To support a child, I take a holistic approach and actively involve the caregiver(s), teachers, and any important person in a child’s life.
I work with people who have emotional struggles, enabling them to look at their problems in a new light and strategize with them to make needed change. I can help you assess your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and give you the tools to achieve your goals and better understand yourself and your thought patterns.
