I work with children (8 years old and above), adolescents, and adults of all ages using an integrative, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused approach. My clinical work draws from the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM), person-centered therapy, and CBT—supporting emotional regulation and helping you find your sense of calm.
My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I tailor my approach to each individual, focusing on the underlying root of individuals' challenges and creating an environment that leads with empathy, respect, and a commitment to your goals. I look forward to sharing this space with
