Currently in private practice, I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-harming, physical and sexual abuse/trauma, divorce-related problems, parenting issues, and behavior problems. My goal is with each client is to identify how thoughts and feelings are impacting their life, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and identifying coping skills to assist them. I am also trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilize this approach to help individuals heal from the effects of abuse.
