I have over 10 years of experience working in the human services field. My focus includes relationship changes (divorce, etc.), single parents, coparenting stress, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction, and codependency. I received the Addiction Studies Director's Award in 2012. I use a person centered approach. I am trained in EMDR through EMDRIA.
I am an ally for all walks of life, and I will continue to create a safe place to welcome all individuals.
