The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work
One day psycho-education for couples interested in deepening their friendship, intimacy and conflict management. The training is a 6 hour course based on the book from research conducted by John and Julie Gottman with the Gottman Institute. You will leave with exercises and tools to apply to your marriage and/or relationship. Great for dating, engaged and married couples. Couples Intensive Therapy Workshop
For couples in crisis that cannot wait for the traditional weekly therapy. 1, 2 or 3 day intensive where we spend 6 hours a day working on the relationship and learning about the 7 levels of the relationship sound house based on 50 years of research by John and Julie Gottman of the Gottman Institute. This intensive provides privacy as you work alone with your therapist. Couples will leave with a virtual “grab bag” of tools to apply to their relationship.
