I work through a Gestalt, experiential lens, which means we focus on what’s happening right now in your body, emotions, thoughts, and relationships. I specialize in helping clients who struggle with avoidance, anxiety, emotional disconnection, and self-criticism.
I provide trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy for individuals and medical professionals. I specialize in high-conflict relationships, divorce and co-parenting, queer relationships, consensual non-monogamy (ENM/poly), and Humanistic SandTray with clients to support self-growth, reflection, and healing from complex attachment wounds.

This means finding answers from within, rather than searching for them on the outside.Positive psychology begins when we strive to align our actions, core values, and discovery with our true selves.This is a FREE Support Group. LESBI+ is a support group provided to all 21-40 year old lesbians who approach life with the sentiment of a positive “coming out” experience. Members will be encouraged to share their journey and explore the optimism and liberation that comes from expressing your full authentic self.
