Are you needing something to change? It can feel uncomfortable and frustrating. I’m here to help you navigate this phase of life. I believe this change and healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted just as you are.
Whether you're realizing that an experience is affecting your life, found that some relationships aren't the healthiest, or wanting to understand more of yourself, I will walk side-by-side with you through this process. We are all capable of achieving our goals - sometimes we just need a fresh perspective and support to get there.
My specialties include trauma, substance use, LGBT+ affirming care, women's issues and relationship/life stress. Working with both teens 14+ and adults. I integrate evidenced based practices such as CBT, MI, & Mindfulness throughout our sessions as there is no ‘one size fits all’. I am currently offering virtual appointments throughout Ohio.
You can expect me to show up with warmth, curiosity, humor, and gentle challenging to support your growth & insight. I have 10+ years experience have been in a variety of settings. I am inclusive and accepting to all.
I would love to support you throughout your journey and look forward to talking with you!
