My greatest passion in life is helping others. I believe in you; let me help you believe in yourself. I would be honored to be a safe space for you. When people ask me what job I would do if I could do any job in the world, my answer is I'm already doing it.
I frequently like to use different tools like music, games, and art to make therapy inviting and engaging. I'm also always down to do traditional talk therapy. What we do/what we work on is entirely based on the things you enjoy and the goals you have for yourself. One of my philosophies if you are interested in games/art, is that we work and play.
I provide therapy to aged 15-70 in areas specifically around anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, bipolar disorder, OCD, and Autism. One of my philosophies is to always equip you with coping skills and help you connect those to real-life situations so you are leaving feeling more prepared.
