I am passionate about helping people work through traumatic experiences that are holding them back from their fullest potential. Trauma can affect our lives in a variety of ways, and my goal is to work from a trauma informed approach to let go of what is holding you back from what you want for yourself and your life. I believe that therapy is always client driven, meaning that you are the expert in your own life. My approach is based on what you are looking to gain from the experience of therapy, and provide the necessary support for you to find your authentic self.
My trauma informed services include eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, person centered therapy, trauma focused CBT, tarot therapy, and other holistic practices. My style of therapy of eclectic, meaning that we can focus on one or many of these forms of therapy in your healing journey.
