I enjoy exploring themes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and I have developed a growing interest in Existential-Humanistic ideas and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach.
Outside of work, I am a Mom to one amazing kid and I enjoy 90s alternative rock, going to the movies, reading contemporary fiction/sci-fi/fantasy, and staying active.
