I love to help my clients break down barriers that are currently holding them back from achieving happiness; often by setting boundaries with family members, improving self-esteem, and recognizing their self-worth. Using CBT, DBT, and EMDR, I help clients shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, build emotional resilience, and cultivate acceptance and self-compassion in their everyday lives.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements—to help the brain reprocess painful memories, reduce emotional intensity, and promote adaptive healing.
