I have expertise in treating anxiety and panic disorders, and specialize in perfectionism, grief & loss processing, impacts of chronic illness, caregiving, and relationship challenges. I understand the physical, emotional and interpersonal complexities that may come with these experiences, and together, we will weave these pieces into a life that feels full.
