I have gained experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and residential group settings. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life including those experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, parenting and attachment stressors, as well as career and life transitions.
I view therapy from a holistic lens and believe that there are several areas within your life that contribute to your overall wellness. I acknowledge that every individual is unique with different experiences, so I tend to lean towards a Person-Centered Approach. I also integrate from several other theories including, CBT, DBT, and Attachment Theory.
