I specialize in helping adolescents, individuals, couples, and families heal and hope during difficult seasons and transitions. I take a holistic approach and use individualized treatments and modalities that work best for each individual client. My specialty is neurobiologically informed trauma treatment.
I create a safe space for each client, meeting each where they are, and cultivating a collaborative relationship where change can occur. Taking the first step can be hard but the only way you can eat an elephant is one bite at a time! I look forward to working with you.
