I'm a warm, conversational therapist who works with children and adolescents. I help kids and families navigate big feelings, challenging behaviors, and the ups and downs that come with growing up. My approach is playful, compassionate, and rooted in helping children understand themselves while giving parents tools to support them at home and school. I specialize in working with children who experience anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, and low self-esteem.
Many of the kids I work with struggle to find words for what they feel or act out their emotions in ways that cause frustration at home or school. In our sessions, I use creativity, play, and conversation to help them explore what’s going on inside and learn healthy ways to express and manage those emotions.
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe and connected, when kids feel seen and understood for who they are. I also know that parents play a crucial role in this process, so I make it a priority to collaborate closely with families, offering guidance, feedback, and practical tools to carry progress beyond the therapy room.
