One of my passions is working with young adults specifically to build shame resilience, increase self worth, self esteem, self compassion and confidence.
I have over 15 years experience in this field and completely understand trauma, grief and low self worth on a personal level. I also utilize EMDR and somatic experience to treat chronic pain.
