Daytime Availability. I work with individuals who struggle with trauma, relationship problems, and not taking care of oneself first. Trauma is anything that felt too big to handle at the time and continues to come back to haunt you today, meaning it can come from many different life experiences. I find that many of my clients have attachment and relationship trauma that continues to affect their present day relationships and wellbeing. As a certified EMDR therapist, I can help you develop
a stronger sense of safety within yourself, your relationships, and the world you live in, despite troubling experiences.
I use my EMDR training to help you understand how your life experiences have helped shape how you move through the world today and to develop new skills to calm and regulate your nervous system to find that sense of safety you deserve. I make it a priority to create a comfortable space to heal both in my office and in the therapeutic relationship.
