Whether you are dealing with PTSD, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, Chronic Illness, or other difficulties, Real Talk Therapy allows you a space to be your real, genuine self. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral, Structural Family, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. 24/7 scheduling is available through my website, along with early morning and lunchtime appointments.
