I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are trying to make sense of who they are while navigating the pressure of relationships, work or school, external expectations, and life transitions. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, identity exploration, low self-esteem, or difficulty managing emotions, I provide a space where they can be themselves without judgment and begin to feel more confident and understood. From there, we'll work towards your goals, whatever they may be.
I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. I offer a supportive, collaborative relationship where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I tailor my work to each individual, utilizing evidence-based approaches to help you better understand yourself, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools.
